Nothing, they are waitng to download and install;  they'll do it one by one;
it just takes time. wait until there is no suffix other than double tap to
open.

Subject: Apps "Waiting"

I am setting up a new iPod touch. I connected to iTunes and synchronized a
group of apps. Now all of those show as "waiting ". Double tapping them does
not do anything.

Can someone refresh me what I have to do next to finish the synchronizing
process.

All thanks!

Re: Apps "Waiting"

2013-01-05 Thread Katey Glass
It can take a long time to restore from the cloud it depends on how many apps
you have to restore. It took my friend a while to restore from the cloud a
number of apps from one iPad to another. I wasn't sure how many apps she had
though. So, bottom line is the more apps you have and the size can affect how
long it takes to restore them.

I had something similar happen when I unintentionally interrupted an iPhone
Restore prematurely; the majority of my apps just sat on the HomeScreen, saying
"Waiting".. Repeating the Restore fixed the problem for me.
