I probably spent over an hour with multiple tries on IE10. I'm still using latest JAWS14 however- but even looking with the JAWS cursor the necessary buttons and text were simply not visible. With FF everything was there and so simple. I had the same problem and received the error message that my browser was not supported. I ended up using FireFox for the download. That's the page I'm on. I've pressed the download link and routed JAWS to PC and clicked on everything that said download JIC the download was not showing up as a link. I selected my location and went through the whole thing again. Then I hit all the terms of service links to see if there was a checkbox there. The terms said you had to click 'agree' but JAWS saw there was nowhere on that screen to check a box, click a link, or press an agree button. I've certainly downloaded it before, but this is a new Win7 computer. Well, I'm glad it finally worked out for you, but this was not my experience at all with Jaws 14 and Internet Explorer 10 on Windows7. Just conveying this so that others don't believe iTunes cannot be downloaded with Jaws. I tried several times in IE and only once got the error message that my browser was not compatible. As I mentioned I am using IE 10 with Jaws 15. Firefox worked the first time. I tried updating within ITunes and by using the Apple update utility but they both said that ITunes was up to date which of course it wasn't.
