Hi, I have his same problem with my tiny keyboard from speed dots. I was told to turn bluetooth off, then restart your phone, then turn bluetooth on again to see if this solves it. Otherwise it could mean the battery is low. I see this every now and then. Usually turning bluetooth off and restarting the phone will fix it. It has nothing to do with a low battery as some might think as I've had it happen on a full charge both with the phone and the keyboards. I use the Verbatim keyboard.
