I've had that happen as well. I don't think it means the game is over though because I haven't actually killed very many zombies before the game starts over. This is when you shake your iPhone to avoid the animal. Other zombies attack you even if you shake your iPhone. I believe you can be hit three or four times before you die, but am not certain. Basically, flick your finger from the lower middle of the screen toward the direction of the monster. Left ear only means flick left. left middle means flick diagonally up to the left. Middle means flick straight up. Middle right means flick diagonally up to the right. Right ear means flick right. Empty gun clicks means flick straight down to reload. single tap with two fingers to change weapons. To purchase the weapons pack, use VoiceOver in the store, double tap on weapons and go to the last item, which for me was the second one that said Japanese sword and double tap. You can buy all the weapons for $0.99. When you tap on each weapon in the store, or in the inventory, you will find out what that weapon can do. I still haven't gotten the hang of how to shoot the weapons. The instructions state to move to 12 o'clock and then to the direction of the sound.
