Yes that is correct.

The first is the default in box and the second as you have found is the folders 
under the inbox

I'm honestly not sure how I did this, but for me, I have two Outlook icons in 
the native mail app.
One is just the inbox.
Then father down the screen is Outlook that is collapsed, if I expand it, I 
have all the Outlook folders on my phone that I have on my computer.
It has to do with editing what shows and the order in the mail app.
You may want to call Apple Accessibility and see if they have a short answer on 
how to do that: 877-204-3930

You know, I do not know why folders ever collapse in Outlook? What advantage is
