Hi Robert, Press Control-Comma in Windows or Command-Comma on a Mac to open Preferences. One of the choices on the General tab is Tones. Check it, and your purchased tone should be displayed. Hi Robert, Try downloading the tone again, either on the computer or your iPHone, from Purchased Items. You can find this on the computer by selecting the iTunes store, going to the Store menu and choosing Home, and searching for the word Purchased. On the ipHone, open iTunes and choose the More tab. Purchased is one of the options on that page.
