Re: PayPal Mobile Site Now Worse Than Ever With the Change Payment Option
Hmmm, that is a good thought. Ultimately, unless or until this gets straightened out, I'm going to borrow my husband's Windows laptop for this task. In the meantime, I'll write PayPal about it, and maybe they'll fix it. Just curious, have you tried using a different browser that can spoof a desktop browser ID?I'm not sure if this would interfere with authentication, but maybe the desktop version of the site isn't as touchy. Then again, the mobile site goes catatonic when you try to perform a simple operation, so who knows... :) Respectfully, Aser Tolentino, Esq. > On Aug 4, 2014, at 7:07, Cheryl Homiak wrote: > > I remember having trouble with that at one point and thought I had at least > once found a solution but I don't remember for sure and don't have anything I > need to go buy to try it out right now. Re: PayPal Mobile Site Now Worse Than Ever With the Change Payment Option
I remember having trouble with that at one point and thought I had at least once found a solution but I don't remember for sure and don't have anything I need to go buy to try it out right now. One solution is to apply for bill me later and use that as your default, which is allowed, and then pay back bill me later; that website is very accessible with your i-device. On larger purchases, you also can get six months to pay; I think above $99. I know this won't work of everybody and you might not want to sign up for bill me later even if you qualify if spending is a temptation but it is one option. > -- > Cheryl > I tried and tried to turn over a new leaf. > I got crumpled wads of tear-stained paper thrown in the trash! > Then God gave me a new heart and life: > His joy for my despairing tears! > And now, every day: > "This I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: > The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; > his mercies never come to an end; > they are new every morning; > great is your faithfulness." > (Lamentations 3:21-23 ESV) > On Aug 4, 2014, at 8:58 AM, Teresa Cochran wrote: > > Have you ever tried changing your payment option from the default to > something else? Re: PayPal Mobile Site Now Worse Than Ever With the Change Payment Option
Have you ever tried changing your payment option from the default to something else? This is the only option for which I'm having the devil of a time. I finally settled for using my default account after being sure it had enough funds in it. There is no way to use the credit cart by default. (I looked this up in PayPal help).
