In a seperate email Chris asked what he had to do to unlock a puzzle pack. To 
unlock certain puzzle packs a predetermined number of puzzle packs, usually 5 
packs, has to be purchased. It is like buy 5 packs & get the 6th pack free.

You will have to purchase a specified number of puzzle packs. Usually 5 packs 
that has to be purchased. I tend to buy puzzle packs that cost $0.99 U.S I also 
purchased unlimited hints, but can't recall where to go within the app to do 
this or how much it costed.

OK, played and solved a couple of the free daily puzzles.  Question:  how do 
you unlock the Sunrise pack of 25 puzzles.
I have a play button beside it, and I can go into the puzzles, but all of the 
letter choices are dimmed keeping me from guessing my answers.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

when you choose letters you then double tapp them and the guess button will

In terms of the guess button, it will only appear once you have
selected your first group of letters.

As to your other question about it saying dimmed, I've never seen
that. Perhaps you should try and close the app in the app switcher and
then opening it again.

Still can not find the guess button.  This is what I have.
As I swipe I have the word clues then solutions, then I have the 7 clues.
After the 7 clues I have 2 buttons, clear and shuffle.
Then I have the letter choices.  And at the very bottom I have a get a hint 
button.

No matter what I do none of this changes, I have never had a guess button.

So I would assume that since the guess button has never appeared, for some 
reason it is not accepting the letters I double tap.
Now as I swipe through my letter choices they all are dimmed.  What I mean is, 
for example, for the letters, p o, it says, p o dimmed.
I am thinking this might be the problem.  Is the dimmed part suppose to be 
there, or is there something I am not doing?

I have looked in settings and everywhere but still can not get this game to 
work for me.  Any help or instructions would be greatly appreciated.

first of all don't enter on the clue just go past the clue and enter the 
letters when you find them then you should see the guess button.  Hope that

Once you have selected all the letter groups you want you need to find
the button called guess. You double tap it and that will enter your
word. This button is in-between the 7 clues and the letter choices you
get. There is also a clear button if you make a mistake and you want
to start over.
