RE: Where is that setting

2021-01-05 Thread Richard Turner
It hasn't moved from settings, accessibility, VoiceOver, Braille.

I won't say there are "correct" settings. You can set it to use UEB, or EBAE
by choosing contracted US, and you can set it to have a different input than
output as in, computer for input, and contracted for output.
There are a lot of settings in there that allow you to set it up according to
your preferences.

It is best to have the Orbit reader set to Just Works under Pairing in its
settings.

HTH,

Richard, in the U.S.

"You know," said Arthur, "it's at times like this, when I'm trapped in a Vogon
airlock with a man from Betelgeuse, and about to die of asphyxiation in deep
space, that I really wish I'd listened to what my mother told me when I was
young."
"Why, what did she tell you?"
"I don't know, I didn't listen."

Re: Where is that setting?

2020-08-20 Thread Mike B
Here you go:

Settings / General / Accessibility / Voice Over / Audio

If you want the phone to switch to the speaker phone when you take the phone
away from your ear, have this setting turned on.

Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. Go dodgers!

Subject: Where is that setting?

I am attempting to locate the setting in 13.6 which causes a phone call to
immediately go to the speaker phone, rather than have the proximity sensor
make the determination. Where is it?

Thanks.

Don Roberts
