i am experiencing something never happened before.  i hung up a call and my 
phone is completely frozen.  When i hit the vibrate switch it doesn't even 
vibrate.  when i turn up and down the volume it just makes the noise of raising 
and lowering the volume.  i have no voiceover.  what do i do

Do a hard reset of your phone. Hold down the lock button and the home 
button together for about 20 seconds. After a few minutes, your phone 
should come up talking. This started happening to me when I upgraded to 
IOS 9, and although it's gotten better, it still happens to me from time 
to time. I haven't figured out what triggers it though.

Hi,

Try doing a hard reset where you hold the home button and the lock button for 
10 seconds. Then let go and your phone should return to normal. It just happens 
sometimes. Have a great night.
