Well, all I can say is that I am definitely subscribe to iTunes match. And I 
definitely do not have unlimited skips in iTunes radio.

Spot on. You can only skip up to six times per hour in the one with ads.

Skips are limited, but there is less time in between when you have reached 
the limit and when you can skip again than there is with say Pandora.

Hi,

Nope.  you do not get unlimited skips.  This is confirmed.  

Removing an item from the never play this list is pretty straight forward.  Go 
to your radio station interact, then go to the never play this table.  Now find 
the song and press delete.

Oh! by the way, you might have to press VO space on your station before being 
able to interact with it.
