On your PC. It lets you sync photos, contacts, and more; bookmarks are only part of it. It's a useful tool to have if you use iCloud a lot, but I believe some of it (contact and calendars specifically) need Outlook to work fully. I may be wrong, though. I can't find the control pannel now that i installed it. I see nothing in my programs that says icloud control pannel. Is there something else i should look for? To my knowledge, iCloud Control Panel is accessible, yes. I've never used the program with Internet Explorer, as Firefox offers a superior web browsing experience and I always use it when I have to go to Windows for something. I believe it will work, but that's a guess, and I can't offer any steps or specifics.
