If the book is purchased through iBooks, you must use iBooks to read it. It will not be accessible to any other book reader. Fortunately, iBooks is fully accessible. Actually no, any book purchased in iBooks is only readable in iBooks. The same is true for Amazon Kindle books can only be read in Kindle, and Barnes and Noble books can only be read in Nook. Fortunately, all these book readers are fully accessible to VO.
