I've had the best success when pressing the volume up button, then
volume down, and then holding the power for a few seconds. It usually
takes a couple of seconds and then I get a power off button. As
mentioned earlier, if you want a hard reboot, hold the power button
for 10 to 15 seconds and then release. It will take a little bit
longer, but VoiceOver will come back. I'm doing this on an iPhone XR.

Press the right side button and volume up together at the same time. Then swipe 
to "slide to power off."

With the volume down in the volume up and then hitting the power button, that 
will do a hard reboot. Without a hard reboot is that however, if you just want 
to shut it down normally just do the volume down and power button and hold that 
until you hear it say either emergency or whatever it’s gonna say and then you 
bring it back to where it says Power off and double tap on that and it will be 
off.

Rebooting A Phone With No Home Button?

I've got the iPhone 11 because my 8 broke open.  I was looking to reboot my
phone, and while the button on the right does allot of stuff, I couldn't
make it shut down to reboot it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
