Re: Receiving calls on two phones

2017-09-19 Thread Aleeha Dudley
Hi,
You’ll need to go to the phone that you want the calls on, go to settings,
double tap on phone, and turn off “calls from other devices”, which should be
set to “nearby.” These calls are not coming over cellular to the old phone,
only over WiFi.

Receiving calls on two phones

2017-09-19 Thread Ralph Supernaw
Hi,

I have my Mom's old IPhone and reset it so I could use it for some things. I
now have it set up on my Apple id. When I receive a phone call it rings on
both phones. I have two questions:

1. Is there a way to prevent phone calls from going to both phones?
Are the calls to Mom's phone coming through wifi or cellular? She had a
different carrier than I do.

Thanks.
