Hi all, this recently happened to me as well. It went away as a problem after a 
hard reset. I don’t know if this is relevant but it appeared after I logged 
into icloud.com as I was curious what was in there.

Well, I've never heard of this. Which podcast app is she using?
This may be something that she needs to talk with Apple about.

An acquaintence's wife is having the problem below. Could someone help him 
please?

her apple id. If she does the message goes away for a short time and then
