Restoring from iCloud to new PC
I have installed iTunes and am signed in on the new computer. Before my PC's hard drive failed, I had created an encrypted backup and backed up to iCloud also. I'm not sure what's where and how best to retrieve everything. My music collection was all in iTunes; but only a few songs on my phone. What should I do first? Thanks. Since most all my music was on the old PC though, I don't know whether to restore the new PC from iCloud first and then try to sync the phone and restore from the phone backup, visa versa, or what???
