A question about electronic Sim cards and restoring the iPhone from an iCloud back up
Hi guys, my girlfriend got a new phone today from our carrier. And they helped her Saturday but they chose the wrong back up so I'm wondering, any of you know the answer to this question she has the iPhone 15 with the electronic Sim card. So I hope our restore tomorrow, I'm wondering what I need to do to make sure that that gets reactivated has anybody been through this process and is it easy to do without calling the carrier? hi, actually, if you factory reset phone, on iCloud, choose show older backups, you can do just what you're after. sorry, not much info in this, but the bottom line is, you can do it. let me know if you need more information. It can't be done automatically unless you somehow do backups via iTunes and manage to rename them manually, not sure if that is possible.
