RE: Setting up Spectrum TV app
Further update on the Spectrum TV app situation. Apparently I have to have Internet service through Spectrum as well as television to use the app. It took three persons on the phone line to finally tell me that, and the phone system did not recognize my request to speak with the accessibility department. That was my second stop. Thankfully this was all on one phone call. Unfortunately, it is never made clear on Spectrum’s television advertisements or on the basic info page about the app that Internet service through them is a requirement. If it is disclosed in the TV ads, it’s in print on the screen, which of course I cannot see. So that’s the story on this issue.
