I started mine in the UK around 7pm or so, finished around 3am, may have been a little sooner, but I was asleep at the time. It now says, downloaded, install now? I'll leave it like that until i have time to spare to tend to it. you have to attend to it when it is installing. That is exactly why a lot of people who know a thing or two recommend not to update on the first day or 2 and also why it is much better to upgrade to a major new iOS version via iTunes. This way your computer can just sit there and download and once the install starts you are not sitting there for half an hour or 45 minutes without anything happening which is of use to a blind person wondering what your phone is doing or if it's still even doing anything. I would cancel and restart. An hour or two is a reasonable expectation, but not 13.
