It really depends.  Some Android phones support the nanno sim found in
the iPhone 5 and 6 series.   For others, an adapter is needed.
Realize this will work only on unlocked phones that support GSM.

you are removing the card?

two different phone, including an Android and an IPhone. Is this possible 
without altering the phones in any way? Also if you buy an unlocked phone then 
put an existing sim card in it, are you charged an activation fee from your 
carrier?
