Wish I knew also. Now and again I have the same interrupting experience and he's hard to shut up ... I'm not sure what triggers this behaviour! Siri randomly answering my 6s
Another very strange thing with my 6s running 9.1. When I was reading an email from someone here and voice-over said thank you reading the email, siri said "don't mention it." I have seen this happen before but just thought to bring up.
