At this time the only way you can send ring tones through bluetooth is if
you jail brake the phone.

I am asking for a friend. He use to have phones that could send ring tones
to his friends by bluetooth. He is wondering if the i-phone can do the
same? The way I understand it, he was able to some how bluetooth his phone
to another phone and send ringtones to each others phone. I thank you all
