Re: Spotify and jam sessions
On Spotify, when you are playing something, there is a button that lets you pick where you want the track heard. When you click that button there is an option that says start a jam. When you click it an option asks you if you want to share a link. If you click it you get the share options, message email, whatever so you can share the link. It allows people to listen to the exact same content at the exact same time. My daughter and I love doing this for podcasts. We enjoy our air pods, and in a jam session we don’t even have to be in the same physical space. Think watching a tv show with someone you love and one of you says “how’d he get in that room” and the person also knows exactly what you referring to. Spotify and jam sessions
My kid and I like to do listen to things on Spotify using their jam session feature. When I invite her, I can’t get off the invite friends to jam screen try as I might. I use VoiceOver. My kid doesn’t. She does a gesture to get off the screen and the gesture she does does not work with VoiceOver. What does? This matters because if I can get off that screen, I can see what’s up next in our queue or reorder it or leave the jam, a button not just closing up the app. Any ideas?
