This looks very cool.

I've looked at their site. Is a complete disk image the only option, or can one 
simply back up data if that's all one wants to do?

Certainly, I'd like a backup of the whole disc, but Would I need to do that 
every time I wanted to just keep a backup of newer data? Say, I delete an 
important Word document unintentionally, I just want to go get that file and 
not re-image my whole disc.

I'm new to all this, so please excuse if naïve.
