All I can say is “Wow!”  If Tuner Energy Chromatic Tuner, on the app store as , 
“TE Tuner” is really fully accessible, it sounds amazing!  It is $4.99.

Hi Jim.  I use the app smart metronome and tuner.  It’s fully accessible and 
can subdivide.  It has tuner tones also.  I’ve had it so long that I can’t 
remember whether there is a cost or not.  HTH.

If this is not a useable app, does anyone have a good app that can be used with 
the phone? I’m using Tempo Perfect, but to set it, I have to literally slide my 
finger up and down through the beats per minute, and if I’m going from 60 to 
160, I would like a better way. Any help would be appreciated.

Try Tonal Energy Chromatic Tuner. It has a metronome that is what you want. It's accessible. On the app store it goes by the name, TE Tuner.
