Hi, This can also happen if you have "low power mode" turned on. Check Settings / Battery to see the low power status and turn it off if it is on. Time to screen lock?
Hello, I’ve always set my auto lock to never. All of the sudden my phone locks after 30 seconds. I looked at display and brightness settings and the choice of times for auto lock is set to 30 seconds but is dimmed so I can’t change it. Can anyone tell me how to put it back to never auto lock?
