Is there a file sharing program that works like tonido that is more accessible or is someone using that program that can explain to me how to use it on my phone? No, I am using an iPod and an iPhone and neither one are jailbroken. Cooo!... sharing right into a personal computer is more than my sense of security could live with I reckon. you'd have to justify some of this with your firewall settings on the pc for it to work at all. I know I have right issues with my FW as it's not accessible using my old screen reader. Much more flexible I think than drop box. And you are not just limited to the 2GB, 50GB or the 100GB that you can get with Dropbox. You can share your whole entire hard drive with a friend and they can upload to you and download from you. Good question, I think a good many of us want to know how well it goes the other way, as an alternative and easier way to load media onto the iOs device. Okay, I just opened the app. Went into my hard drive and clicked the actions button and there is a button in there that says upload media. I have someone sighted playing with the app too and he does see an upload button, but we haven’t figure out how to use it yet. He is attempting to upload a photo from the phone through Tonido. You can upload and download via the app. There is an actions button that you use on any file and in there you are given several options, such as downloading the file to your phone so you can listen to it later, you can share a file or a folder with someone via email and there are other things you can do too. Much more flexible I think than drop box. And you are not just limited to the 2GB, 50GB or the 100GB that you can get with Dropbox. You can share your whole entire hard drive with a friend and they can upload to you and download from you. Hi Allen, No, you can only access the files, not copy them. From what I read it sounds as if this app is not all that different from Dropbox or Windows Skydrive.
