Transfering photos and videos
On my Windows 7 machine I'm having a hard time finding the photos and videos on my iPhone. In XP when I plugged in my iPhone the photos and videos shows up. Now I have to go through several layers and it's hit and miss trying to locate it. I can't seem to find them. It doesn't give me an obvious title. I see something called DCIM, but I can't locate the photos and videos I want to transfer. Using Windows Explorer for this. Problem with transfering photos and videos from iPhone
I've done this many times before with no trouble. I had about 60 photos and 7 videos in my camera on the iPhone. It took about an hour to copy that, which was the first problem. It shouldn't have taken that long. the videos were less than a minute for each. Anyway, when the photos and videos were copied, the photos were fine but the videos just had sound with no video. I tried copying just the 7 videos from the iPhone again, and the copying was very slow with the same results. the videos play fine on the iPhone but will not copy over to my computer correctly. I'm using the regular copy with windows explorer to find the iPhone, then copy to my laptop. Any suggestion on what can be going wron here. I am using Windows xP and iPhone 4S with IOS 6.1 and also using Jaws 13. thanks. I'd like to keep these videos. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group.
