Hello Janet, Of course I am not Jennie but I think I can provide, at least, a partial answer to your question; said answer being the following: In certain counties throughout the United States, Uber participates in the para-transit program. So, if you have been approved for para-transit, in a county that has an agreement with Uber, when you schedule an Uber ride, you pay a fixed amount for the fair, for example, $3, and Uber bills the remainder of the cost of the ride to the county and / or county sponsored partner agency. I believe that Jennie lives in such a county. There is no live agent you can talk to for most things. I had a problem with Uber Eats last night and on their web site, it specifically said there was no phone number to reach a human. It is almost like they are proud of it!
