Watch muted... but still ringing?

2019-10-04 Thread Jenifer Barr
Hi all.
I've reset my watch to 5.01. In the control center mute is on. Yet it is still
ringing. I've turned off my watch and back on. Still ringing when I get
incoming calls. Any ideas?

Re: Watch muted... but still ringing?

2019-10-04 Thread Shai
Hello,
It appears that now the only means of muting the watch so that it does
not ring out loud is to use the watch app and navigate to phone and
double tap. Once you navigate to phone, the sound can be turned off
from there.
Muting the watch via the control center only mutes charging sounds and
some VoiceOver sounds such as the clicks that occurs when entering
your passcode.

You need to go into your watch app on your phone, phone settings option,
and turn it off. I was having the same issue.
