Good morning, Amazon instant video is it's own separate application. I have all kinds of shows, documentaries and movies. If you have Amazon prime, you'll be able to view these. Amazon Video Library Not Showing In Amazon Instant Video
Hi, all, I've successfully played movies and TV shows in Amazon Instant Video. I can go to the library tab and choose the TV or movies button, then choose a video from the list. I do not have the Amazon Prime service. Starting last night, nothing shows up in these lists. I checked, and I'm signed into my account. I've bought one movie and one TV series season. Anyone else have this situation? Haven't used it in a while, but once you double tap on the episode it should select it. Somewhere down the list you should find a play button. In my understanding, play botton will play the file you last double tapped on. Let's know if it works. Can someone who is using Amazon Instant Video on there IPhone 5s let me know how to get an episode to play? I've only seen one series that actually had a play button under each episode and they play fine, however most just have the episode listed but no play button under them. amazon instant video app on iPad
Hi all, I wonder if any iPad owners out there have attempted to use the Amazon Instant Video app on that device. I have found two problems with it, both involving the "watch list". And I think they might not even be VO problems although am not totally sure. If I call up my watch list, I can only see one item. That's it. And there seems to be no way to switch between movies and tv shows categories on the watch list. The radio buttons that do that in the iPhone app seem to have gone missing on the iPad version. My iPad is a Mini with ios 7, and my phone still has iOS 6. The phone app has a very annoying trait that the iPad one does not have, which is that, when you are in the home tab, the screen annoyingly cycles and refreshes as a series of videos cycle through. Once you get out of that home tab, this problem goes away. The iPad app doesn't do that. I'd love to hear peoples' experiences with this app. Interestingly, the same app on the Kindle Fire hex exhibits none of these problems, and it also offers actual text descriptions of movies and tv shows, rather than the worthless "image" buttons that both iPad and iPhone apps have. I chose movies and flicked right until I heard the movie I wanted and double tapped, then swiped to watch now and double tapped. Are you getting any voice over feedback? Amazon instant video not an accessible app?
I am an Amazon.com prime member and when I saw this app included on a list of accessible apps, I downloaded it, and I was able to sign in with my Amazon.com ID and password, but now that I'm signed in, I can't get VoiceOver to read any info on the screen and I have no idea how to get or play videos.
