It is usually available at some point during the morning, maybe around 10 or 11 AM. I can certainly relate and understand wondering the time, but I really think the time it is released and the time and maybe the different day you can really accomplish the download and installation may be much different! My gut feeling tells me this one will be bad in terms of servers jammed and brought down, bad in terms of bugs in the initial versions, a real trial all the way around.
