RE: choosing an option when receiving a call
Hello John, By soft keypad, I simply meant the default keypad that is used on iPHone as opposed to a Bluetooth hardware keyboard. No, I do not find anything confusing about listening to the various sounds/VoiceOver during the selection prompts. In fact, I just confirmed an upcoming doctor appointment, about 20 minutes ago, and found it easy enough. I'll say this, it does take some getting used to, in comparison to the old-style legacy phones that were the standard over 10 years ago. I think it just takes practice. choosing an option when receiving a call
Hi: When receiving a call on the iPhone6 which requires me to choose an option, (1 for the sales department, 2 for technical support, etc.) the options speak repeatedly and I can't hear the numbers on the keypad to make a choice.
