Hello Raul could you do recording on using the app? I know you can speak to it and say where you would like to go. Now once you have done that. And you can select form driving to transit or walking say you pick driving. Now then do you select the rout that you would like to take and then tap the spot on the screen that just says button near the bottom? Or how exactly do you know that you have gotten the right spot on the screen to hear the spoken turn by turn directions? that is where I am lost. Any and all assistance is welcome. Hello Christopher thanks for your reply to my message. Now Hear is what I do I first open my Google app and hit the button for the voice to I can then say navigate to and then the address or name of the place I would like to go to. Now then it will open Google maps app for me. Then do I then select the route I want to take and then choose driving cause I will be in a car? Then after I have done that do I turn voice over off and then double tap the bottom right corner of my screen and then the turn by turn directions will start speaking to me. Are you able to send me step by step instructions on how to do this? So that I can try this on my own and see how well it works for me? Or can you do A podcast on it showing me how to start with opening the app and then entering all of your information for your route and then getting the speaking turn by turn directions up and working. Hi, the latest version of Google maps start button isn't spoken as start button, but as something inocuus. Just tap the bottom center of the screen and double tap and the directions will start.
