don’t understand why apple, have move things, from where they should logically 
be.

they should spend more time on squashing bugs.

No  just before email in the settings, you will find account and password 
settings.  You should be able to make that change here. It beats me why Apple 
made this change but when they are looking for some kind of innovative 
approach, all they could find was this.
