This is a second version of 10.1.1, you will only see this when you plug into 
iTunes directly. It is not available over the air.

Nothing broke. Apple released a new version of 10.1.1 that you could only 
download via iTunes that made some very minor fixes from the first 10.1.1.
That had been discussed quite a bit last week.
