Hello,
Lately I notice I am not receiving text messages on my iPhone 15 pro.
As far as I know I didn't change any settings.
I can send messages .

Re: Receiving Text Messages on Apple Watch Series 3

2017-10-14 Thread Deb Lewis
When I get a message, if I'm quick, I can just tap the screen and it's
available to read. If I'm not quick enough or doing something else, I
have to open the notification center on the watch to read it. But it's
often easy to get them by just tapping the face as if you were
checking for the time. As far as I know, the face choice doesn't have
any impact on this. But I think the only two faces worth using are
simple and utility. So I'm probably not the one to ask about that.

Re: sending and receiving text messages on a second device

2015-11-05 Thread candyrlowe
Siegard, I tried what you said, but that didn't work. Finally I started from
scratch. I restored the phone and was unable, at first, to send and receive
text messages from my 5 s. When I went to settings, then send and receive, it
let me sellect two emails where I could receive i messages, but, my telephone
number was dimmed. I don't know what happened, but, after a while, my number
showed up twice. One time it was dimmed, and the other time, I was able to
sellect it. Can't figure it out, but, at least, for now, it is working. Thank
you for all of the help and suggestions.

2015-11-04 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
I would try and disable it first, then go to Settings > General > Reset and
select to Reset Network Settings. After the phone reboots, reconnect to your
WiFi, make sure you are on the same WiFi as your iPhone 6 and that you are
using the same Apple Id. Now go and enable forwarding messages again and see if
it sends you the code.

Subject: sending and receiving text messages on a second device

Hello everyone,
I am using a 5s as a second device and want to receive and send text messages
as I do on my six. I had everything working fine for a few days, and, now all
of a sudden, the text messages are only coming through on my six. I went to
phone and tried to enable forwarding messages again, but, I can't seem to be
able to get it to send me a code. Am I going to have to wipe the phone and
start all over? Any suggestions?
