Here are the steps I take to rate an app: 1. find the app in the app store. Sontimes you can get there from within the app or by following the prompt to rate it. 2. make sure you're in the "Review" tab not the "Details" tap. 3. Here you can find a button labled "Write a review" that you activate. 4. Select how many stars you want to give. I think this is an adjustable combo-box type of field. 5. Optionally you can give a title and write a text. 6. Finally find the send or "Done" button. Not sure which it is. It's somewhere at the top right of the review screen. Tap this and you're done.
