Maybe the high quality voices haven’t downloaded yet?

Subject: VoicOver Help After Reset.

Hi Guys,
Recently I had to do a full reset as part of the unlocking process for my
provider on my 6S. I did my encrypted back before I started, then I signed out
of everything, and proceeded with the reset.
When the phone came back on, I restored from my back up, and happily everything
was there as it should, emails, text messages and passwords eccettra eccetttra,
however, VoiceOver is terrible. I’ve tried downloading other voices, and
everyone I’ve tried with the enhanced version of the voice, sound slightkly
distorted and raspby.
I’ve been through the settings so many times, and I know I’ve missed something,
but for the life of me, I can’t seem to find what it is.
Can any kind soul please point me in the right direction? Thank you for any
help.

Regards.
Jim.

HMM, really weird. If Alex sounds bad, either, it's time for
apple accessibility. Before you do, though, what's the story
like before you plug in headsets?

It does indeed. It does not matter if I use Alex, or the Daniel
UK voice,
or even any of the Australian voices, or the Seri voices, they
all sound
equally bad. I've been using iPhones since the 3GS, and I have
never seen
this. Perhaps it might be time to give the Apple Accessibility
team a call.

So if you for instance, download, Alex, for testing purposes, and
change to US on the rotor, and put Alex as the US voice, does it
