Re: What to tell Siri if a contact has 2 phone numbers?

2013-01-29 Thread Brenda Scheetz
Even on regular cell phones, it seems that mobile numbers are first.

Take care,

I think Siri does have a default. When I tell her to call either of my
sisters she calls the mobile rather than the home numbers. This might be
because their mobile numbers are in the Favorites section or maybe because I
chose the mobile numbers when I first got the phone and Siri would ask which
number I wanted to use.

Re: What to tell Siri if a contact has 2 phone numbers?

2013-01-29 Thread Gabriel Battaglia (Kriyaban)

Joseph:

Hi,
Yes, you can say:
Call (someone) at (someplace)
where "someone" is the contact name and "someplace" is the phone number type
e.g. home, mobile, iPhone, etc.

Gabriel:
Hi Joseph, that's clear to me but my problem is different. What I must tell Siri, when a contact has two or more telephone number of
the same kind?

I assk Siri: call Thomas.
And Siri: what Thomas's number do you wish to call? Mobile 345 56 67 78 or
mobile 123 34 45 56?

The only thing I can do there, is using flikcs to select one of the two mobiles.

Any idea to solve?
Gabriel.
