Hi, Like it even more as time goes on. It pairs automatically and you turn it on by just unfolding the microphone, so there is no switch. I have not been able to get the boice guidance to work but quite honestly, I haven't really sat down to figure it out so the problem could very well be with me and not the unit. I really don't have anything to complain about. The discovery 925 is not a good choice because it doesn't support A2DP which is what you need to hear voiceover through it. I used the blueant q2 with my iPhone 4 and you can get them pretty cheap now. One word of causion though is that they are not truly siri compatible so if you plant to get a 4S or and iPhone 5 in the near future then I would get a differnt earpiece. IF you plan to hang on to the iPhone 4 for a long time then the blueant q2 is a good choice. I just got a Jabra Supreme and love it so far. It sounds good, people say they can't tell I'm using an ear piece and it's very easy to use and comfortable too.
