RE: Saving Battery wit Notification Style Banner, Sound Bedges?
Yes, turn off any you do not want. Badges, shows the number of notifications. Sounds, is just that, a sound plays. Banners, is how it is displayed on the screen. But, just open the notifications for a specific app, and turn them off at the top of that screen and move on to the next app. Richard "Reality is the leading cause of stress for those who are in touch with it." - Jane Wagner My Web site: https://www.turner42.com From: viphone@googlegroups.com On Behalf Of Fazil M. Re: saving battery?
Don't forget to turn off location services when you're not using that feature. It also drains battery power. You may want to look for an external battery like the Mophie Juicepack Boost I purchased. There are doubtless better options for portable batteries but they'll cost more. Hope that helps. Good luck on your trip. Re: saving battery?
Hi Jessica, Set Mail to check manually rather than automatically so that it only checks when you have the Mail app open. Turn off Location Services unless you are using them.
