If the bookmarks are in IE, I'd suggest exporing them to Firefox and
then following the processed Alex outlined above.

To my knowledge, iCloud Control Panel is accessible, yes.

I've never used the program with Internet Explorer, as Firefox offers a 
superior web browsing experience and I always use it when I have to go to 
Windows for something. I believe it will work, but that's a guess, and I can't

I can't find the control pannel now that i installed it.  I see nothing 
in my programs that says icloud control pannel.

Is there something else i should look for?

On your PC. It lets you sync photos, contacts, and more; bookmarks are
only part of it. It's a useful tool to have if you use iCloud a lot, but
I believe some of it (contact and calendars specifically) need Outlook
to work fully. I may be wrong, though.

Alright, i need a little help here.  I quite honestly haven't done much

Curious, how do i get to the address bar?  Also, i have a ton of
