the first itunes movie with description and the regular movie too!
Hi An earlier discussion on this list raised the possibility that there may be a lot more movies than the 5 you get when you do a search which have a description track I have emailed Apple Accessibility and suggested to them that it makes a nonsense of having described movies if they aren’t going to tell us which ones they are. They took my point and were going to refer it to whoever deals with this sort of stuff. As usual, it does no harm if other people write to them about this Best Adrienne -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list. Now all we need is lots of movies with optional descriptive video. :) Oh, and I forgot about the apple TV. :) Christina > On Oct 27, 2015, at 1:01 PM, chris wrote: > > Yes it is as well as Apple TV. Re: the first itunes movie with description and the regular movie too!
If you search in the iTunes store for Audio Description, you will find five movies in there, but I do not know if they are blueray or not. I find it interesting that the one you have says nothing about audio description. You can get a list of audio described movies that can be purchased on dvd through the American Foundation for the Blind web site. I don't have the direct link handy, but if you google for it you will find it. I don't know how many will be digitally available with the description.
