My local Walmart has them for $140 so if you want to use it as an actual phone rather than an iPod you have to have AT&T is the carrier. But again I guess if you just wanna operate one like an iPod using only Wi-Fi my local store here in Western mass has them. So I don't know whether those components are guaranteed Apple components or how that works. They offer a 15 day return policy after that I have no clue Who would Service a phone that you had bought at Walmart. the new Metro By T-mobile formally metro PCS is giving away iPhone Se 32 gig version when you switch and port your number. One thing you might be able to do is to activate that old Gusto or NV phone on Verizon prepaid and use that number to switch to Metro-by-T-mobile to get a free SE.
