Awww I’m disappointed to hear there are issues as it looked so promising for
those whose areas it served. I hope someone will politely make them aware of
the issues as perhaps they don’t currently know of them in hopes of remedying
them.

I found when helping my mom shop that you have to search for what you are
looking for and then it is very easy to add items to the cart. The only other
thing that gave me problems was if she wanted to change the quantity of an item
or if she decided she did not want an item, Once in the cart, it lists the
items, but it does not read the delete or remove button, so I had to get
sighted assistance for that part. They also ask that once you receive your
order, that you leave a review for the delivery person, that wasn’t very easy
to do either.

screen readers or using the ios app. It looks accessible when you first
examine it but I can’t navigate categories or add to the cart when trying to
