Re: transferring purchased music from iPhone to itunes

2019-11-02 Thread Anna Dresner
Hi Donald,

I don't know whether you can transfer the purchases, but you can download the
music on your computer. In the Account menu in iTunes is a Check for Available
Downloads button. Choose that, and the music may download. If not, go to the
iTunes store and choose Purchased. You should be able to download the music
from there. You might also want to go into iTunes Preferences and set it to
automatically download items purchased on other devices.

Best,
Anna

transferring purchased music from iPhone to itunes

2019-11-01 Thread Donald Raikes
Hello,

Recently I purchased some music from itunes and it is on my iPhone. I
want to transfer it to my pc using itunes.
My understanding is that i plug in my iphone to the pc, open itunes
and select file -> devices -> transfer purchases.

However, the synch and transfer options under file -> devices are
disabled even though I have authorized itunes on this pc.

PC is windows 10 running the latest version of itunes from the windows store.

Any thoughts?
