 Hi Jared, which (Linux?) distribution are you using?
 
 Without knowing any better, I'm kind of thinking this bit might be important:
 
   Error importing spice: No module named SpiceClientGtk
 

That piece should be harmless. I'm interested in what your distro and gtk2
version is though.

Without knowing any better, I'm kind of thinking this bit might be important:

  Error importing spice: No module named SpiceClientGtk

Is there a package for your distribution that would provide a Gtk client for 
Spice?

(if so, this also sounds like there's a dependency bug here in the virt-manager 
package, but that's another topic : )
