Ø The theory presentation does not address the question of the state of the electrons in the sea of condensed matter. Currently, a good explanation for the location of “missing” electrons is derived from the Lawandy paper. The electrons are internalized into the substrate, such as the ring current which is intrinsic to the known hexagonal ring structure of hematite. https://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.lenr-canr.org/acrobat/LawandyNMinteractio.pdf <https://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.lenr-canr.org/acrobat/LawandyNMinteractio.pdf&sa=U&ved=0ahUKEwieqsib5PfLAhVD5WMKHdGqAvEQFggFMAA&client=internal-uds-cse&usg=AFQjCNEuGZVqo9saSIK_KAs_65hQY1hC2g> &sa=U&ved=0ahUKEwieqsib5PfLAhVD5WMKHdGqAvEQFggFMAA&client=internal-uds-cse&usg=AFQjCNEuGZVqo9saSIK_KAs_65hQY1hC2g
